Do You Ship Worldwide, and What Are the Shipping Costs?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We provide both domestic and international shipping options, all with tracking. Our goal is to make your shopping experience seamless and efficient.

What Are Your Shipping and Processing Times?

Standard Shipping Times:

  • USA & Canada: 4–10 business days
  • Oceania: 4–10 business days
  • Europe: 4–14 business days
  • Latin America: 10–25 business days
  • Other Countries: 14–30 business days

Processing Times

Processing times may vary based on order volume but typically take 1–3 business days before shipping. We do not ship on weekends.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it! If you need more detailed information, please shoot us an email and we'll help you out!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at hello@glorbs.co.

Taxes

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).

However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
